Are the products original?

Do I need a professional license to buy?
Yes, our products are intended exclusively for professional use. By placing an order you confirm you are a trained professional in aesthetics, cosmetology or aesthetic medicine.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Standard free shipping takes between 3 and 7 business days. We also offer priority (2-3 days) and express (1-2 days) shipping at additional cost.
Do you ship to Puerto Rico?
Yes, we ship free of charge to Puerto Rico as part of our United States coverage. Delivery times may be slightly longer than the continental territory.
Can I return a product?
We accept returns of unopened products within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. See our returns policy page for more details.

Do the products have expiration dates?
