If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will ask for photos of the product and packaging to evaluate the case. Once approved, we will issue a full refund or a reshipment, per your preference.
We accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was shipped in error.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used or whose safety seal has been broken. This policy applies to all mesotherapy products, serums, creams and aesthetic equipment.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product. The refund is issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
Products on sale or purchased with discounts greater than 30% are not eligible for return, unless defective. Perishable products or products with a close expiration date are also not eligible for return.
To start a return, contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide shipping instructions if applicable.
