Shipping Policy

1. Shipping zones

We ship to all of continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We currently do not ship internationally outside these territories.

2. Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping to all United States and Puerto Rico. No minimum purchase required. Members of our rewards program at Gold and Platinum tiers enjoy free priority shipping.

3. Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

• ✦Standard shipping: 3 to 7 business days
• ✦Priority shipping: 2 to 3 business days (additional cost)
• ✦Express shipping: 1 to 2 business days (additional cost)

4. Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

5. Shipping address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect addresses. Please verify your address before confirming the order.

6. Orders damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the package and affected products. We will evaluate the case and offer a partial refund, full refund or reshipment as applicable.
